  • Inbound Calling from LEP callers*
    Meet the needs of you LEP callers by providing a dedicated toll-free phone number and access code to contact your facility with an interpreter already on the line. Inbound Calling facilitates immediate communication with staff or healthcare providers. Calls can be answered and forwarded to the appropriate service area. *Available for Spanish.
  • Outbound Calling to LEP patients
    Ideal for callbacks and scheduling appointments, Outbound Calling enables you to access an interpreter and conference in one or multiple LEP patients in a single interpretation session. You control when to add or disconnect the patient or the interpreter can assist you with dialing, re-dialing and conferencing. Interpreters can even assist you with leaving messages for LEP patients in their preferred language.
  • Conferencing
    In addition to the interpreter and the patient, conference an additional person into the interpretation session, such as a family member or physician that is not physically present with you using the Additional Person Anytime Feature. You can conference one or multiple participants into a single interpretation session.
  • Custom Prompts
    Customize your call flow to capture the information you want detailed in reports. Choose to capture a patient's unique identifier or medical record number, a cost center code, or employee ID number as part of any interpretation session. Monitor and manage your language service utilization using ClearLook™, CyraCom's online account management and reporting service.
