CyraCom’s Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) service can be accessed from any phone,
at any time. To ensure confidentiality and customized reports, your account information
is authenticated before connecting to an interpreter. Depending on the available
phone system, the information can be pre-programmed or entered manually.
With our easy authentication feature, calls are authorized by identifying your organization’s
phone number.
Customized Records
We can customize your call flow to capture patient medical record numbers, department
codes, employee IDs, or similar identifiers. Monitor these records using our Online Account Management portal.
Advanced online tool for real-time usage tracking
Our systems are designed to help clients manage and monitor their OPI resources
and anticipate future demands for language services. By viewing usage volume that
is updated every 15 minutes, you will be able to effectively manage language service
utilization resulting in more efficient customer care.
