Polycom PVX software utilizes minimal hardware requirements. The following are prerequisite
for installing Polycom PVX software on your existing PC or laptop:
Hardware requirements:
- Pentium 4 - 1.2GHz (or equivalent) and above
- Memory 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended)
- 100 MB available on hard disk
- Display SVGA display (800x600) 16-bit color or higher
- Network 64 Kbps and above (Cable, DSL, or LAN)
- Webcam similar to or better than the Logitech Webcam Pro 9000
- Sufficient audio playback capabilities (speakers recommended)
Software requirements:
- Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or SP3, Vista or 7
- Windows Media® Player 10 or newer
- Microsoft DirectX 10

We will assist with implementating VRI services in your facility. Polycom
PVX software licenses can be included in your initial CyraCom contract, ensuring
VRI is part of your language services offering from the beginning of your partnership
with us. Although we do not sell computers or webcams, assistance can be provided
when installing Polycom PVX software on your existing PCs and laptops.

Polycom software, high speed Internet access, and a webcam of reasonable quality.

be used at any location with access to power and network.
