Flexible Scheduling
We provide flexible scheduling to ensure all candidates have an opportunity to participate.
Our Assessment and Training team schedules candidates individually for the assessments
which last between 20-40 minutes.
Individualized Reporting
Upon completion of the assessment, an individualized report is generated for each
candidate. The report includes a numerical score for each portion of the assessment
and a rating reflecting the candidates' ability to perform medical interpretation:
needs improvement, meets expectation, or exceeds expectation. This tool helps identify
each candidate's strengths and the areas that need improvement.
For organizations that are assessing multiple candidates, we provide a Summary Report
which details each candidate's performance and includes a summary of all candidates
performances. This detailed reporting is critical for making staffing decisions
and provides written documentation that demonstrates your staff's competencies and
your organization's adherence to communication standards as required by organizations
such as the Joint Commission.
Email info@cyracom.com for more information on requesting an assessment.
"We've been using CyraCom to qualify potential interpreter candidates. These assessments
thoroughly evaluate each candidate's fluency, knowledge of medical terminology in
English and the target language, and ability to apply their interpreter skills in
simulated healthcare dialogues. CyraCom makes our decisions much easier and gives
us more confidence in hiring quality staff."
