firm, today announced that CyraCom International, Inc. has signed a five-year, 30,000-square-foot
lease at the Tucson Airport Center. CyraCom plans to use the space, located at 2849
and 2801 E. Elvira Road, for a new interpreter center housing 400 new employees.
Robert L. Davis, senior vice president, William L. DiVito, senior vice president,
and Howard Kong, CCIM, vice president and managing broker, all of Grubb & Ellis’
Tucson office, represented the landlord, Holualoa Arizona Inc., and CyraCom in the
transaction. On behalf of Holualoa Arizona, the Tucson brokerage team will continue
the listing assignment to fill the approximately 16,000-square feet of vacant space
still available in the Tucson Airport Center “The new office space at Tucson Airport
Center gives CyraCom the ability to expand their U.S.-based interpreter resources,”
said DiVito. “The demand for their language services is increasing, and we are pleased
to see them place an interpreter center in Tucson to better serve their clients
on a regional and national level.”
