Partners, L.P., the group purchasing unit of the Premier healthcare alliance. Under
the terms of the contract, members will have access to specially negotiated pricing
and terms for CyraCom’s translation and 24/7 interpretation services, including
trained medical interpreters in over 170 languages available over the phone in 15
seconds or less, on average.
The Limited English Proficient population in the U.S. is growing and Joint Commission
Standards and Federal Law mandate the provision of language services. By contracting
with CyraCom, Premier members will be able to to reduce costs, improve quality,
and manage risk in their language services programs.
CyraCom has previously been recognized as a dedicated partner to healthcare facilities
by the American Hospital Association, which exclusively endorsed the company’s interpretation
and translation solutions.
