Connecting with a CyraCom interpreter can be as streamlined as you like at no additional cost. Our automated interactive voice response (IVR) process and app connect your call directly to our interpreters, bypassing operators and other time-consuming steps.

You can also create individual PINs per user, location, department, or whatever else you need to help you track usage across your organization.

No equipment purchase necessary

Use the laptops, mobile phones, tablets, or telephones you already own to access our services via toll-free number, web portal, or Interpreter app. The CyraCom Interpreter app is free to download through Google Play or the App Store and does not have license or device limitations.

Payment Terms
Interpretation services are billed in 60-second increments, applied from the time you are connected to an interpreter. Once payment has been successfully processed, upon request the monthly invoice can be provided electronically, including detailed call records. Any balance which exceeds the initial $25.00 payment will be charged to the credit card on file during the first week of the following month.
