CyraCom’s video interpretation service is convenient, fast, and cost-effective

CyraCom’s video remote interpretation service is optimal for:

You don’t have to hire staff interpreters for dozens of languages or hope that local interpreter agencies have those rarer languages available. With CyraCom, you’ll be connected to qualified interpreters for over 25 languages who can take your calls immediately.

If you hire an onsite interpreter, you must pay a minimum of two hours, plus travel time. This can become quite costly if you need an interpreter for only a few minutes. With video interpretation, you only pay for the minutes that the interpreter is on the line.

Onsite interpreter services

It can take hours for an on-site interpreter to arrive. It can even take a while for a staff interpreter to finish another session and then come to your aid. When it comes down to seconds, such as for 9-1-1 calls for critical health situations, video interpreters are the best option.
