Drew Stevens is Senior Counsel with Caiola & Rose, LLC, where he practices in complex commercial litigation across multiple industries. In his healthcare practice, Drew has developed nationally recognized expertise in the nondiscrimination provisions of the Affordable Care Act. He regularly advises hospitals and health systems concerning nondiscrimination compliance and civil rights investigations brought by the Department of Justice and the HHS Office for Civil Rights.
