Patient Education & Accessibility Services Manager for MetroHealth
Michelle Mencke is the Manager of Patient Education and Accessibility Services for The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio. Michelle will discuss her experience with interpreter scheduling solutions – paper to power! With 34 years in the healthcare industry, Michelle has extensive experience in team leadership, solution identification and implementation, quality improvement, and much more. Michelle is passionate about managing MetroHealth’s Language Access Services, promoting equitable access to care and services for patients, visitors, and the community. She is thrilled to share her passion for the industry and network with fellow language service organizations.
