Jennifer Alvarez, B.S., MBA, ADAC specializes in Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and language access. After more than 20 years working in the cruise industry, Jennifer found her passion working along front line healthcare workers to promote the best possible care for non-English-speaking patients, patients with disabilities, and other underserved populations. She looks forward to sharing her insights into implementing a new language services provider and lessons learned along the way.
